Great cord, even better customer service
Recently ordered some burgundy 550 from another vendor. It showed up seriously damaged in several places -- yikes! Decided to order from PP instead. When it arrived (very quickly), I was sad to see the color wasn't an exact match for my project. I called their customer service department, and they were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. After they determined the cause of the problem, they apologized for the inconvenience and immediately and without hesitation rushed out a replacement at no additional cost to me. Top notch folks, and I will definitely rely on them for all cordage needs in the future. Highly recommended!
