Q: Paracord Planet doesn't carry a specific item I am looking for, can you get it for me?
A: In most cases, our entire selection is displayed on our website, but occasionally new products haven't made it onto the site yet. Please contact us with as much information as you have about the product and we will let you know if we can get the product in for you.
Q: How does the sizing work for your bracelets?
A: To find the correct size for your bracelet, use a measuring tape or a piece of string to measure the size of your wrist. Once you find the size of your wrist, add 1” to allow room for comfort and shrinking. For example, if your wrist measures 7”, choose 8” when ordering. If your bracelet is slightly too large, you can shrink it about a 1/4” by soaking it in water and then letting it air dry.
Q: How long does it take to deliver the items I ordered?
A: If you ordered any of our paracord, please allow 1-2 business days to ship. If you ordered a custom made paracord bracelet or any other custom paracord item, please allow 5-7 business days to ship.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund on returned items?
A: Once a returned item is delivered to Paracord Planet, please allow up to five business days for the processing of the refund. If an item does not include complete information such as a packing slip or explanation for return, the refund process will take longer.
Q: My item was delivered broken or defective, how do I get a replacement or refund?
A: If you received an item that was defective or broken, please contact us for a return authorization. Once you have received a return authorization please send the item back to us along with a packing slip and explanation for the return and we will get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Q: How long do you accept returns from the date of purchase?
A: While there may be extenuating circumstances, in most cases we accept returns up to 60 days after the date of purchase. With any return, it is best to contact us before returning.
Q: Will I be charged a restocking fee on my return?
